Abstract
According to the authors' opinion, it is possible to correlate internal and external motives of students during the educational process in a way that creates conditions for the pupils' self actualization. However such process requires special attention to pupils' needs and interests. The authors believe that they are about to develop an algorithm that utilizes an interrelation of motives, interests, and needs so that the process of self actualization is stimulated
