Abstract
The article presents some literary generalizations and own data on application in educational process of innovative forms and methods of professional orientation. The definition of career guidance is given, its classification and the defining signs are presented. The purposes, tasks and expected results of use of innovative methods of career guidance are defined. The paper focuses on professional orientation as one of the important parts of education,that is a general model of actions needed to achieve the goals based on the selected features and the efficient allocation of resources.
