In the article the key aspects of the monitoring system of financial and economic security of the enterprise are investigated. The essence of the monitoring system of financial and economic security of the enterprise is analyzed, and the necessity of monitoring for ensuring the efficiency of entrepreneurial activity is determined. The basic principles are considered and the stages of the process of monitoring of financial and economic security of the enterprise are formulated.
