Abstract
The paper presents the results of theoretical studies of loose material particles motion on cylindrical surface, which provides an oscillatory motion along the symmetry axis. The relative displacement and velocity of a particle depending on the radius of the cylinder, friction coefficient, frequency and amplitude are determined.
