Areas of enterprise's social activity according to the current legislation were determined. Areas that actually take place in the practical activities of agrarian formations were considered. Priority spheres of social responsibility of agrarian business were revealed. The frequency of the company's social measures, as well as motivational factors of the implementation of socially responsible measures, was analyzed. The 'Nibulon' agrarian holding company experience of implementation of the corporate social responsibility was highlighted. Social initiatives of agricultural entrepreneurs from different regions of Ukraine were defined. The most significant obstacles in the implementation of social responsibility programs and activities have been identified. It was revealed that small agricultural producers are more socially active than agroholdings, although the latter have at their disposal much larger amounts of free funds. At the same time, agroholdings boost of their social activities in the mass media, which creates the illusion of the real level of their social responsibility.
