GLOBALIZATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

In this paper, the problems of globalization and its impact on the sphere of human rights were considered. Three aspects of human rights globalization were highlighted and disclosed: consolidation, protection and universal status. The article also examines in detail the issue of universalization of human rights, investigates the scientific approaches to this concept and proposes ways of solving problems in this field.
