MANAGEMENT OF THE SHARE CAPITAL OF THE ENTERPRISE

The article is devoted to the issues of functional management of the share capital of the enterprise. Different approaches of scientists involved in the study of this issue were analyzed. The analysis of structure and dynamics of the enterprise's own capital is carried out. The long-term and current obligations of the enterprise and the main factors that have a significant impact on the final results are investigated. The Forecast of the level of return on equity based on the method of optimization of the structure of capital is forecast. Summarized on what criteria it is advisable to pay attention to the management of capital.
