Abstract
The article deals with the main changes in the legal proceedings, which became the result of judicial reform in 2017. The stages of implementation of judicial reform in Ukraine are analyzed. In order to assess the state of judicial reform in Ukraine, the key points of the judicial reform that have already begun to be implemented are those that are planned to be implemented in the near future.
