Abstract
The paper presents research of the properties of epoxy composite coating filled by fine powder. Structuring features of the epoxy composite adhesive layer after preliminary ultrasound treatment or exposure composition in the electromagnetic field are established.
Optimum mode of formation of epoxy composites determined by results of adhesion and impact strength. Рositive effects of ultrasound and electromagnetic treatment for forming composite epoxy coating, which leads to the intensification of the structuring of the system and improve the physical and mechanical characteristics are established.
