Abstract
The analysis of the three variants for the reconstruction of the existing premises of CSTI, used as the multifunctional educational complex of NUWEE, performed by students under the guidance of lecturers of architecture and environmental design department, was reviewed. In each of the options there were found articularities and the basic fundamental approaches to the reconstruction of the building.
