We determine the creative potential as a diagnostic indicator of the personality development, which maintenance has makings, potentialities, which have to develop in terms of creation of necessary conditions. The presence of creative abilities leads to learning in particular higher educational institution. The article outlines significant points in the creative professions, those competences that the graduate have to master and possess.
