Abstract
Genital infections, obligate and opportunistic, despite an opportunity to proceed asymptomatically often are a cause of infringement of function of reproductive organs. Their timely detection using more modern diagnostic methods remains relevant. Due to the use of highly sensitive and specific PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, real-time data of examination of a whole complex of the genitourinary tract infections of men and women, including taking into account the quantitative characteristics of their microbial component of normal, potentially pathogenic and obligate and pathogenic flora, are obtained and analyzed.
