Abstract
This study is devoted to the topical problem of modern Pediatrics –morbidity of children living in the far North. Revealed a high incidence of children in the far North, is associated with living in an extreme climate and geographical conditions, the changing nature of supply and the reduction of socio-economic standard of living of the population, which requires the introduction of programs of disease prevention and health improvement of the children's population of the Northern districts. The survey and analysis of 300 children aged 3 to 14 years that are living in the Northern uluses of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) on the basis of the consultative polyclinic of the pediatric center of the national center of medicine
