On the origins of the concepts of Ukrainica information resources: inter-institutional projects and state programs in the area of archival science, archeography and bibliography of the 90s of the 20th century

The article is devoted to the history of the creation of the concept of archival, manuscript and bibliographic Ukrainica, developed by academic scientists and archivists in the 90s of the 20th century. The author provides the main provisions of the concept aimed at preserving, describing and providing intellectual access to the national archival, manuscript and book heritage, the creation of electronic resources of the national archaeographic and bibliographic registry, the participants in state programs and projects, the main directions and results of the programs in 1993-1996, organizational events. Attention is paid to the methodological development of integrated approaches to general issues of the source database of the Ukrainian documentary archival, manuscript and book heritage. The creation of a new information infrastructure of Ukraine, which includes archives, libraries and museums as institutes of a documentary historical and cultural heritage and their information resource in scientific and cultural circulation, is marked.
