Abstract
Given the application of the methods of analysis of types and consequences of failures (FMEA analysis) to assess the technical risk of occurrence of emergency situations during the operation of the lifting mechanism electrical hook bridge crane. The technique allows to identify the limiting elements and to determine the significance of effects in the design of the lifting mechanism, to develop measures to reduce the risk of the occurrence of an emergency.
