Abstract
The paper examines the impact of CNC solutions geometric problem on the accuracy of machining a workpiece by means of a defined-interpolation algorithm and the discrete movements Rabo working bodies CNC machine. The basic aspects of the study of influence of feed rate-laws governing the performance of the drive and the volatility contouring speed, and hence on the quality of the surface-treated with the details. The main methods of management contouring speed re-binder tool using different types of interpolations. Recommendations on IP-use of different types of interpolators to ensure the stability of the contour speed of the cutting tool or a manipulator arm (industrial robot).
