Formation of territorial natural-economic countries and reformation of social and economic space of Ukraine

The methodological basis for the formation of a new regional map of Ukraine in the format of territorial natural economic districts was formulated and justified, which provided for the provisions of the Agreement on the Association of Ukraine with the Member States of the EU. Territorial cauterization is proposed for introduction based on the implementation of the NUTS principles adopted in the EU countries. The initial provisions of the theory of sustainable development and its conceptual-categorical apparatus are based on the dominants of the value-oriented concept of the formation of territorial natural economic districts designed to ensure the balance in the state between the components of the system: nature - economy - society. Economic conditions and a complex of factors of identification of key components of the sustainable development potential of Ukraine and its regions are systematized. An innovative scheme for differentiating regions in the context of achieving efficient functioning of districts, social justice and environmental safety in the state was developed. A closed algorithm for constructing and implementing the optimal for Ukraine model of reformatting the administrative territorial organization was formed.
