Abstract
Presents the understanding of the term "labor potential" by different authors.Defines the competence and competence of the employee.Graphic interpretation of model of competences is built for the leaders of Open Joined-Stock Company «Druzhkivske rudoupravlinnia». The definition and components of emotional competence, the proposed measures for its management are formulated.The dynamics of indicators of the labor potential of the staff of managers is determined before and after the implementation of measures.It is established that improving the quality of decisions and implementing them through a high level of emotional competence will increase the level of labor potential, productivity, which will inevitably affect the main indicators of the company.
