PROSPECTS FOR THE EMPLOYMENT OF GRADUATES OF UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES IN RUSSIA

In this article the problem of employment of graduates of higher and secondary professional educational institutions in Russia is considered and the necessity of organization of professional training at enterprises is revealed. The experience of distribution of graduates in the USSR is analyzed. The dual system of education and the order of employment in other states have been studied. Legislation and existing programs to support young professionals are reviewed. The need for further development of the employment system in Russia is revealed.
