Abstract
In English, "fitness" means "to match, to be in good shape." In a broader sense, this is the general physical preparedness of the human body. It includes the following elements: preparedness of the cardiovascular system, the ratio of muscle and adipose tissue in the body, flexibility, strength, muscular endurance, a sense of balance, reaction, quickness, good coordination of movements.
