Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of HRM practices on job satisfaction and organizational performance in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) organizations in Tiruchirappalli. Specifically, the study examined HRM practices that are under the control and responsibility of supervisors and managers. The sample size for the study is 244, by adopting purposive sampling technique. The research findings indicate that there is positive relationship between HRM practices, Job satisfaction and organization performance.
