Abstract

Within the framework of research aimed at scientific substantiation of efficiency improvement of state control for compliance with labour legislation in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the systems of state control for compliance with labour legislation in the developed countries near and far abroad were studied. The article presents the analysis materials for state control on the example of top ten countries for global competitiveness in 2015-2016, basing on the public statistical data and the results of global top management enquiry
