Abstract
Meckels diverticulum is the most common congenital anomaly of the gastrointestinal tract, it can very rarely can present as Littre's hernia. A Littre's Hernia is an inguinal or femoral hernia that contains a Meckels diverticulum in the hernial sac.A Femoral Littre's hernia a rare phenomenon and its presentation in a left sided femoral sac has been documented very rarely in the literature.
