Abstract
Conservative treatment still has an important role to play in upper cervical spine injures, despite the increasing possibilities of surgical treatment. There are very few published reports of upper cervical spine injuries from our country . We present a case report of two male patients with upper cervical spine injury including Atlas and Axis ( Jefferson fracture and hangman fracture type II ) were treated conservatively and were followed-up . The data was analysed retrospectively with regards of final clinical and radiological outcome.
