INFORMATION AND ANALYTICAL PROVISION ADMINISTRATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE SOLUTIONS ON INTEGRATION PROCESSES BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF TRANSACTION COSTS

The global trend of increasing the role of institutional factors in value creation, which reduces transaction costs outside the institutional trap at the macro level, is highlighted. The relationship between the level of transaction costs and the degree of implementation of modern smart technologies is highlighted. The influence of integration processes on the formation of the strategy of development of enterprises of the micro-level of the enterprises is determined, and the methodological provisions on which it should be based are proposed, in particular: consideration of industrial policy as the most important component of the national anti-crisis strategy; active equal participation in the process of developing a strategy for the development of the real sector of the state economy, business; the transition from a sectoral approach to the maintenance of competitive technologies and productions; selection of incentive objects in accordance with the global growth trend of high-tech industries with high added value; creation of conditions for the transition to a science-intensive economy. The essence of transaction costs is determined, and their assessment at the macroeconomic level is carried out. The important role of the institutional environment in formation of capital is emphasized, the capital interrelation and transaction costs are shown. Various interpretations of the concept of "transaction costs" are generalized. In order to further use the development approaches to assessing transaction costs, existing approaches to their classification are considered. The estimation of transactional costs of the national economy by estimating its transactional sector is proposed. The dynamics of the size of the transactional sector, its influence on gross domestic product (GDP) has been analyzed. On the basis of the found inverse proportion between the size of GDP and the shares of the transactional sector in its structure, it is concluded that the formation of qualitative information and analytical provision administration of administrative solution on integration processes based on the concept of transaction costs
