Abstract
The problem of infertility is widespread throughout the world. For many years, the frequency rate of infertile marriages in different regions of the world remain within 8-18%, and does not tend to decrease. Today it is assumed that infertility affects more than 80 million people worldwide. So according to the European Association of Human Reproduction, about 10% of infertile couples in the US this figure reaches 10-15%. In recent years, been an increase in all somatic and gynecological diseases of women, which adversely affects the implementation of reproductive function. Reproductive health of women due to various factors, among which an important place occupied extragenital diseases, including pathology of the hepatobiliary system, today recognized by many authors, but the specific mechanisms poorly understood and not fully identified. There are some data on the impact of liver disease on the success of infertility treatment, on the other hand, also known negative effect on the liver and other hormone therapy, which is used in applications infertility. Thus, the presence of functional disorders of the liver in women with infertility plays a role in pregnancy after IVF, the occurrence of complications negative consequences for women and newborn child, the specific mechanisms which require a more detailed study to develop pathogenesis based system of preventive measures. Conducted a retrospective analysis of 614 outpatients women seeking treatment for infertility who have been assigned and were treated with the use of assisted reproductive technologies, confirmed the role of functional disorders of the metabolic system "hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian-liver" in causing infertility. In women with infertility found high rates of pathology hepato-biliary system and obesity. The frequency of these diseases was significantly higher in women with unsuccessful attempts to ART. It is also shown a significant role of the hepato-biliary system in the efficiency ART, pregnancy progress and consequences. The authors noted the need for additional complex studies to establish the specific pathogenetic mechanisms and therapeutic methods influence.
