A NOVEL APPROACH FOR EVENT MANAGER AND PLANNER

The main aim of this paper is to develop a search engine based on mobile app which will maintain data of all events held in the college. This mobile app helps the main event co-originator/ manager to schedule tasks and communicate with them effectively. The event manager can make use of internet for communication and notifying alerts about tasks or work schedule to key volunteers of the events so that more people can access the relevant information with ease. The interested candidates can register themselves. The list of registered candidates is directly sent to the concerned event coordinator. Using this application any user can access relevant information about the events held in the organization. User can create a single or recurring events and can add description about the events and much more. It is the process of managing a project such as a meeting, convention, tradeshow, ceremony, team building activity and party.
