Development of Property Relations Features in the Field of Tourism in the Conditions of Economy Modernization

The article deals with a comparative analysis of conceptual approaches to the study of property relations in the conditions of economy modernization. There were determined the features of property rights manifestation in the field of tourism. There were outlined: state, development tendencies of subjects for private-legal relations of tourism activity in Ukraine and the directions of their development. There was found out that the main contradictions in the development in the sphere of tourism were the relationship between the state ownership of natural resources and the use of natural resources.
