Abstract
Salary and reward offered by the companies are very important to motivate the employees to perform well and in better way. Employees working with low pay, without increase in inventive and rewards will be frustrated in their work spot and finally will try to switch on to another job with good pay. After getting good pay and reward employees are very much interest and eagerly awaiting for the promotion in the company. All the above discussed monetary and non-monetary benefits are needed in all the sectors for successful accomplishment of goals
