Abstract
T his paper presents a brief description of the surveyed enterprises and the manufacturing process of its flagship product - butter. Subsequently an analysis of BOST survey results was conducted . The staff spoke out about the importance of factors describin g one of Toyota's management principle. Their opi n ion was the basis for the systematization of research results and to formulate a perfo r mance eval u- ation of the selected company. Results were presented by using spatial charts .
