Abstract

The article analyzes relevant problems of qualification of a crime committed as a result of interference with operation of judicial bodies under Ukrainian and Polish legislation, determines features of qualification of interference with operation of judicial bodies under the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the Criminal Code of the Republic of Poland and formulates a range of relevant rules specified in details in the conclusions hereto.
