Assessment of the impact of steel dezarsenation 10Г2Б on its structure and properties

Abstract
On the basis of examination of samples of steel 10Г2Б, the results of 8 heats, arsenic is considered the influence of the complex of its properties. Completion of the microscopic analysis of the investigated samples of steel has shown that regardless of the degree dezarsenation αAs, ferrite pearlite structure is formed with a small interlamellar distance. Factual analysis revealed that cooling destroyed the samples studied to become negative temperatures, regardless of the amount of arsenic, there is destruction of viscous pit. In analyzing the results of mechanical tests established that 10Г2Б steel containing arsenic strength, ductile properties and impact strength tests at various temperatures (except –60°C) are as little different from those in dezarsenation steel. Thus confirmed that the degree dezarsenation 10Г2Б steel complex on the microstructure and mechanical properties slightly affected. It is shown that arsenic in amounts in the niobium steel passing from the starting ore (mass fraction of up to 0,15%), no adverse effect on the quality of this steel, which gives the basis to expand its range of applications without further remove said element
