JOB SATISFACTION AS AN ANTECEDENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Abstract
This study attempts to develop a systematic review on whether job satisfaction is the antecendent of affective commitment. This study was conducted by library research, by collecting literature that relevant to the discussion. The results show that the dimensions of job satisfaction that were used as antecedents of commitment consist of satisfaction on salary, satisfaction in the work itself, and satisfaction in career development. Moreover, the empirical results from previous studies were also proposed to support the findings.
