Abstract
This articles focus on the importance of Managerial approaches on grievances handling procedures followed in civil construction companies. Grievances mechanism is an important tool to motivate the employee to achieve the target of the company, if it effectively addresses the stakeholder's complaints. The result of the study shows that manager approach on handling grievances approach construction companies satisfies their employees.
