Abstract
The article considers the application of several approaches for determining the value of a land plot. In the world practice, for the cadastral and single valuation of land plots, three approaches to real estate valuation are used: Profitable (exchange); Expensive (consumer); Comparative (market) Real estate implies a set of rights and benefits that are continuously associated with property on real estate. The right of ownership is the right to use, sell, rent, own, donate, as well as any combination of these rights including waiver of them
