أثر رأس المال الهيكلي على الأداء الوظيفي: دراسة ميدانية بالمديرية الجهوية الصناعية سوناطراك– سكيكدة

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر رأس المال الهيكلي في مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى العاملين بالمديرية الجهوية الصناعية سوناطراك– سكيكدة. حيث تم تطوير استمارة استبيان لهدا الغرض، وزعت بعد تحكيمها على إطارات المؤسسة البالغ عددهم (120) إطار. وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها بواسطة البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS v.24)، تم استخلاص عدة نتائج أهمها: وجود أثر معنوي لرأس المال الهيكلي في مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى العاملين بالمؤسسة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجابات المستجوبين حول مستوى الأداء الوظيفي تعزى إلى خصائص العينة. The impact of structural capital on the job performance: a field study at the Regional Industrial Directorate Sonatrach–Skikda. Abstract: The study aims at analyzing the impact of structural capital on the level of job performance of workers in the Regional Industrial Directorate Sonatrach–Skikda. The study was based on (120) questionnaires developed for this purpose, distributed after arbitration to the enterprise tires. After collecting data and analyzing it with the statistical programme (SPSS v.24), a number of results were obtained, the most important of which were: there is a significant impact of capital structural on the job performance in the enterprise, There weren't statistically significant differences in the answers of the respondents about the level of job performance are attributable to differences in sample characteristics.
