Towards an Arab Impact Factor for Quality and Evaluation the Journals and Scientific Research which Published in Arabic: Necessities, and Requirements

Abstract: The present study express the importance of scientific publishing, the importance of different indexes for Evaluation, and their impact on the quality of the published product. The present paper seeks to draw attention and emphasize about the importance and necessity of having a scientific body that will classify and set standards for judging the scientific production published in Arabic. The paper review some international efforts in the field of classification and evaluation the scientific production and Journals.
