PERSON ANAMNESIS TRACKING SYSTEM USING CLOUD COMPUTING

Abstract
Venture of keeping health information on paper were fully exposed when hundreds of thousands of migrated people sought care in medical profession across the country. The migrated people were lacked retrive the most basic health information, such as their medicines. There is some possibilities for loosing health records due to natural disorders at that time the hospital were closed for a couple of days. The sensor based health monitoring system is used in nowadays but the problem is the security, i.e)if any un authenticate person can easily access that system. To avoid this barrier, we use PERSON MEDICAL RECORD TRACKING SYSTEM (PMRTS) which systematically store patient medical records in a digital format Due to the digital data being find and in a single file, PMRTS are more effectual when retrieving health care data for analysis of possible trend and problem to the patient. It can decrease the risk of data redundancy as there is only one updated file and decrease the risk of lost paper work. It include a data range like history of patient medication and allergies., immunization status, laboratory test and scanning results, surgeries report, disorder and disabilities medication, personal statistics like age and weight, and some basic information. In Person Medical Record Tracking System, we can improve patient's health management system by monitoring and controlling patient's records. Using cloud computing, we can access this system globally. Through biometric authentication we protect the patient's privacy data and their medical reports. Using cloud computing, we are proposing a secured biometric authentication in medical system for tracking patient's record from birth to death.
