Abstract
This article substantiates the necessity to apply model of automated process control system (APCS) in the form of unified system – integral unit (aggregate). Aiming at investigation into APCS and controllable objects the systematic and integrated approach is proposed differing by application of systematic approach to studying unified model in the form of integral unit which makes it possible to select efficient control methods using expert knowledge in the context of uncertainty. It is proposed to define the controllable objects and APCS in total as a complex system. APCS model is formally presented as an integral unit. In the integral unit various models can be applied depending on complexity of controllable object and uncertainty degree. Selection of model is determined by control parameter of integral unit. The model has of selection of control parameter has been developed together with appropriate software.
