According to the results obtained from this study, there is a positive and very strong relationship between the organizational image perception of studies and their commitment (r= .793*). The results of regression test indicate that the established model is significant (F=337.446; p=0.000), and that the organizational image perceptions of patients influence their commitment to the hospital (t=18.370; p=0.000). Accordingly, for the healthcare facility, the images of healthcare facility in the minds of patients would improve the preferability and so the institution might draw away the other healthcare service.
