PECULIARITIES OF MANAGING OF ECONOMIC RISKS ORGANIZATIONS OF INDUSTRIAL SECTOR OF ECONOMICS

The article presents a classification of economic risks (risks-factors) organizations of industrial sector of economics, which is based on new classification signs - a kind and risk type; a technique of an estimation of level of economic risks, which is based on the offered classification of risks; a technique of a quantitative estimation of consequences of economic risks influence on financial and economic results of activity of organizations of industrial sector of economics; recommendations about strategic risk management for organizations of industrial sector of economics, including a control system of economic risks; functional stages of risk managerial process with risks-factors diagnostics; practical offers on active and passive management of risks-situations for organizations of industrial sector of economics. Usage of the results of the research: results of research are approved, considered and recommended to use in economic and administrative-managerial work of organizations of industrial sector of economics and it`s subordinated organizations at an estimation of risks-situations of the economic environment and forming of economic risks management system and strategy, coordination and regulation of activity of organizations of industrial sector of economics, working out of business plans; used in educational process of high schools and Institute of professional skill improvement and heads and experts retraining in the field of economy and management. Sphere of application: results of the article can be used in practical activities by experts and heads of organizations of industrial sector of economics and it`s subordinated organizations for strategic management, working out of business plans, in educational process of high schools. Purpose of research: a development of theoretical, methodical and practical bases of management by economic risks of organizations of industrial sector of economics of the Republic of Belarus. Methods of research: general scientific methods, such as analysis, synthesis, supervision, comparison, conclusion on analogies, system approach, and also special methods and receptions of financial and economic analysis.
