Abstract
The effective numerical model was developed to predict atmospheric air quality in residential areas of the city near the highways. The model is based on the solution of hydrodynamic task, where uses a model of separated vortex flows of an ideal fluid and on the task of mass transfer. This method performs prediction considering with important factors: wind speed, atmospheric diffusion, form of buildings and their placement relative to each other. The model give the possibility to operational calculate the field of concentration of the pollutant in the area of city.
