Abstract

Objectives: The paper basically is a review of a number of studies devoted to the theory of semiconductor quantum plasma. In this paper, our specific interest in the propagation characteristics of electro kinetic waves in different plasma medium, using QHD model of various physical conditions and to explore different modification in characteristics of propagating mode. Methods/Analysis: In this review showed that the quantum plasma is a relatively new and rapidly growing field of plasma research. In this review paper, discussed about the steady state as well as transient characteristics of SBS and also studied of SRS are nonlinear parametric interaction between light and molecules. Using QHD model showed that the nonlinear collective behaviors of quantum plasma done by the investigators. It has been observed that, which types of ferroelectric and piezoelectric material are used in during the investigation by the researcher and shows the mass and frequency of material. Findings: Theoretically discussed the modulational instability of various waves' modes, find out its frequency growth rate for distinct condition, and explained the parametric instability in quantum plasma. We shall try to explain the parametric instability is distinct from different types of waves like electromagnetic waves, electrostatic waves and acoustic waves. Our specific work shall be able to contribute to the better understanding of the mechanisms of parametric, modulation, Raman and Brillouin instability in piezoelectric and ferroelectric materials with the high dielectric constant and used in the development of semiconductor devices. Novelty/Improvement: The investigation of parametric interaction phenomenon of an acoustic wave is of special interest in different types of problem in communication. The low frequency electromagnetic waves of scattering light controlling the direction, frequency and intensity of an optical beam and these types of modulation make possible using QHD model, a large number of applications involving the display, transmission and processing information
