Abstract

The subject of article is a research of employment policy of population in Ukraine, aimed at the formation of the mechanism of State regulation in the modern conditions of the development of labor market. The article reviews and analyzes the current state of domestic business. In the research were used to general scientific and special methods: analysis and synthesis, analogies and comparisons, expert assessments, etc. The results of work. The analysis of theoretical approaches to market principles the development of employment in Ukraine was conducted. A proposes on forming mechanism and tools of State regulation of the labor market in the modern conditions of development of entrepreneurship were given. Results of the research may be used by all interesting parties, including organs of State executive power in improving the mechanisms for the implementation of socio-economic policy employment and State regulation of the labor market of Ukraine. The conclusions. 1. At present, the system of State regulation processes at the labor market requires the use of an integrated approach in the form of forming an effective mechanism of regulation. 2. Solve this and many other tasks stay, in particular, in the formation of effective tools of the mechanism of State regulation of the labor market. 3. Substantiation of necessity of formation of appropriate economic measures that will increase the efficiency of the functioning of the business sector and provide significant positive development prospects of employment.
