Determination of products and external markets prioritized for the government support of agrifood export and production

Abstract
Categorization methods for markets and goods by their export potential are considered in this paper. Development of methods useful for determining prioritized agri-food goods in terms of government support, in the context of strengthened integration processes and limited financial resources. Following methods were used in this research: graphical, tabular, comparative, statistical, modelling, and analytical. Ways of combining and specialization of general methods were proposed, based on the assessment of existing methods, so they may be applicable for the peculiarities of agri-food sector. The results of this research may be applied by the state for a more effective distribution of government support of export and export-oriented production. This, in turn, will lead the state to a higher and more sustainable position in global agrif-food market.
