Abstract
A methodology for supervising a sensor based spontaneous water level recognition in smart cities environments. Making water level during connection in a smart city or in other cities by measuring water level through sensors in network is planned. The method includes receiving inputs on water level, determining whether water level meets programmed criteria and if the water level meets programmed criteria then performing water level positioning procedure
