Abstract
This research paper tries to analyse the study of CSR on Women Board Room in India, this can give insight to what extent companies can follow the CSR. In the area of corporate social responsibility, women directors can contribute significantly to their organisations, right from initiating CSR initiatives, setting priorities and choosing projects to organising the work plan, deploying management personnel and monitoring progress against targeted achievements. Women directors can also review recruitment and human resource policies to ensure gender diversity, better work-life balance, and the creation of a special and harassment-free workplace for women. They can lead their companies to develop strong human-focussed operating plans that would contribute to the sustainability of all business operations and the health and welfare of their employees. The purpose of this paper is to review the research conducted by various authors and understand the linkage between women on board and their impact on corporate social responsibility. The exertion has been made through this paper to analyze the connection between board sexual orientation assorted variety and corporate social duty and give more savvy interface amongst them and furthermore features the significance of subjective and longitudinal examinations around there.
