Abstract
The most urgent problem of the postnatal period remains the state of adaptation of the cardiovascular system in children, depending on the body weight at birth, having an anterior history of intrauterine hypoxia. The importance of this problem is not only in the manifestation of the posthypoxic syndrome of cardiovascular maladjustment, but also in the high probability of the formation of persistent structural changes in the myocardium, rhythm disturbances and conduction, both in the early postnatal period and in later periods, the first year of the child's life. The conducted studies proved the fact of development of various rhythm disturbances and conduction in the myocardium in children born with a body weight of less than 3000g.
