Abstract
An uncommon congenital condition called Arthrogriposis multiplex congenita is characterized by micrognathia, limited mandibular opening and multiple joint contractures which contribute to difficult airway and other anaesthesia problems. We describe the anesthetic management of a child with arthr ogriposis multiplex congenital syndrome undergoing repair of club feet.
