Abstract
Vascular lesions of the orbit constitute about 11 of all clinical orbital diseases. Orbital varices are the most frequent vascular tumours outnumbering cavernous hemangioma by a ratio of 31. This case, orbital varix with multiple hemangiomas is presented for its rarity and occurrence of two different vascular lesions in the same patient.
